We process your personal data on the basis of contractual necessity — meaning we need it to fulfil your order and handle any related communication.

Who we share your data with
Your data is shared only with the parties strictly necessary to fulfil your order: our payment processor (via Squarespace Payments) and our shipping carrier. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

How long we keep your data
We retain your order-related data for as long as required by Belgian accounting and tax law (currently 7 years). Contact form submissions are kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry.

As a resident of the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing or request a restriction of processing.
